Refund Policy
We want you to love your Tazdayt piece. Here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed in Morocco.
How to order
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or Instagram. We share price, delivery fee, and timing before you confirm.
Please double-check size, colour, and address before validating.
Delivery
Timing depends on your city in Morocco (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, and others). We message you when your parcel is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
You have 7 days after delivery to report an issue (size, defect, wrong item).
Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original condition.
Return shipping may be at your cost unless the issue is our mistake or a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, using the same payment method when possible.
Initial delivery fees are not refunded unless the return is due to a Tazdayt error.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund.
